A small uninhabited island located off the South of Scotland Coast is up for sale for offers over £150,000.

Barlocco is situated in Fleet Bay about nine miles by road from Kirkcudbright in Dumfries and Galloway.
Buildings or dwellings are absent on the island, however, there is a flood pond which provides water for livestock and wildlife during the months of winter.
