INEC disclosed: “Distribution of sensitive materials for the Kebbi State Governorship supplementary election took place today at the Commission’s State Office in Birnin Kebbi. Three National Commissioners, Barr. Festus Okoye, Profs Muhammad Sani (SAN) and Muhammad Kallah were there.”
