This exclamation was made by Bashir Ahmad, Special Assistant on Digital Communication to President Muhammadu Buhari.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared Fintiri winner of the Adamawa Governorship Election.
Following the March 18 Governorship Election, Governor Ahmadu Fintiri has been declared winner after the supplementary election in Adamawa State.
In the rerun, Fintiri, the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) polled 9,337 votes while Senator Aishatu ‘Binani’ Dahiru of the All Progressives Congress (APC) polled 6,513 votes.
At the end of the entire exercise, Fintiri amassed 430,861 votes defeating Binani who amassed 398,738 votes.
Ahmad exclaimed: “We have lost Adamawa again oo!!”
