The holy month of Ramadan started on Thursday 23 March, 2023, after the crescent moon was sighted, as announced by the Sultan of Sokoto, Sa’ad Abubakar.
Amina Titi Abubakar made known her wish for Nigeria in the holy month of Ramadan via a tweet.
She wrote: “As we witness this holy month of Ramadan, may Allah accept our prayers, may Allah give us peace and tranquility in our country (Ameen)”
