Governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodimma, has sent a “beautiful” message to “our mothers” on Mother’s Day, Sunday 19 March, 2023.

Governor Uzodimma expressed appreciation to “mothers for all their sacrifices and contributions to our society”.
In his message, Governor Uzodimma said: “The beautiful smile they wear even as they dissipate energy in the moral building of our society and the nation is magical and worth celebrating.
“As we commemorate Mother’s Day, I join people of goodwill in celebrating our Mothers for all their sacrifices, dedication and contributions in our society.
“Our efforts and commitments, as a Government, towards the provision of better livelihood to our mothers and ndi Imo nile knows no bounds.
“We will continue to improve on our existing policies and programs in making life more meaningful for our people.
“Happy Mother’s Day to our mothers.”
