This is coming after the 2023 Presidential election Petition by the Labour Party (LP) against the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
In the Petition, Peter Obi and Labour Party (LP) are the “Petitioners” while the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Senator Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Senator Shettima Kashim, All Progressives Congress (APC) are the “Respondents”.
Even the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) also submitted a 2023 Presidential election Petition against the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
In the Petition, Abubakar Atiku and the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) are the “Petitioners” while the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, All Progressives Congress (APC) are the “Respondents”.
Festus Keyamo said: “Earlier today, I submitted a petition to the Dept. of State Services (DSS) against Mr. Peter Obi and Datti Baba-Ahmed to rein them in for their conducts and utterances which bother on incitement & treasonable felony. A call for peace & national healing does not amount to weakness.”
Keyamo went ahead to splash photos of the Petition against Peter Obi and Datti Baba-Ahmed.
