According to the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC):

The Hon. Chairman INEC, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu and Members of the Commission today visited the training center for POs/APOs at Government Secondary School Garki and were received by the Director General of The Electoral Institute (TEI) Dr. Sa’ad Umar Idris.

We thank you very much for volunteering to serve as POs on election day at the PU. We can’t successfuly conduct the election without the NYSC NDHQ; you are the most educated, most reliable, most readily available and most patroitic election duty staff.
