Outside the Foreign Ministry in Kabul, Afghanistan, a suicide bomb attack has caused serious casualties.

According to Police, at least five civilians have been killed but another official of Taliban has put the toll as high as 20.
The bomber tried to get into the Foreign Ministry building but failed.
Several countries have embassies in the area, including Turkey and China.
A driver waiting outside the Ministry, identified as Jamshed Karimi, said, “I saw the man blowing himself up.”
