The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has gone ahead to make the collection of PVCs very simple.

First, the collection of Permanent Voter’s Cards (PVCs) has been devolved to Registrations Areas (Electoral Wards) from Local Government Area Offices.
Second, Registered voters can now “simply text to locate their collection points”.
INEC says: “The Independent National Electoral Commission has further simplified the collection of Permanent Voters’ Cards at the Ward level. Registered voters can simply text specific information to any of the two dedicated numbers below to locate their collection points.”

9am – 3pm (including Saturdays and Sundays)
