Nigerian activist, Aisha Somtochukwu Yesufu, has come out to describe Labour Party (LP) 2023 Presidential candidate, Peter Obi, as a man that “represents Politics of empathy and humanity”.

This is coming after Peter Obi observed a “minute of silence” for the “PDP supporters who lost their lives in Plateau State”.
Businesswoman Aisha Yesufu further said, Peter Obi’s attitude towards those PDP supporters who died in Plateau State “should be a norm” Nigerians have to “become used to”.
The Kano State-born activist concluded: “Our humanity must be greater than our political differences.”
Aisha Yesufu wrote: “Politics of empathy and humanity is what Peter Obi represents. That minute of silence by Peter Obi for the PDP supporters who lost their lives in Plateau State should be a norm we become used to.
“Our humanity must be greater than our political differences.”
