‘Get well soonest’ – Asake tenders apology after stampede at concert in London

The London Concert of Nigerian Afrobeats Singer, Ahmed Ololade, professionally known as, Asake, was cancelled following a stampede which landed several people in hospitals.

At the venue of the concert, the Brixton O2 Academy, there was a stampede which led to the hospitalization of several people with conditions that are critical.

According to the Police, eight people were rushed to hospitals after being entangled in a crowd of people trying to force their way into the venue.

Asake has come out to tender his apology for the sad incident, he wrote: “My heart is with those who were injured last night and caused any form of discomfort. I pray you get well soonest…I love you too much!


“I’m looking forward to seeing you again in a bit!”
