More Love, Less Ego: Wizkid to perform in Accra, Ghana on December 10

Nigeria’s Grammy Award-winning singer, Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun, professionally known as Wizkid, will perform in concert at the 40,000 capacity Ohene Djan Sports Stadium, in Accra, Ghana.

The concert will take place on 10 December, 2022.

Wizkid, who is an outstanding figure in the modern day Afrobeats music industry, will perform in concert at the Iconic Madison Square Gardens, in the city of New York, United States (US), on Wednesday 16 November, as well as the 24 November 2022 show at the Ziggo Dome, Amsterdam, Netherlands before the Ghana concert.

Organisers of the Wizkid concert in Accra, Ghana, Live Hub Entertainment, while speaking about the event, said in a statement, that the concert “is the beginning of series of high-quality live events across Africa”.

The statement reads: β€œThe Wizkid show in Accra is only the beginning of an epic series of high-quality live events across Africa powered by Live Hub Entertainment. We want to be inclusive of all areas of Ghanaian society and have a youth focussed social impact element to all our programmes.”

Fans of the ‘Essence’ crooner, who are super excited about Wizkid performing in Ghana, will be hoping to watch their superstar perform songs off his recently-released fifth studio album, ‘More Love, Less Ego’.
