Polish striker Robert Lewandowski scored the 600th and 601st goals of his career in the encounter.
The Catalans who were discomfited 1-3 by current La Liga Kings, Real Madrid, scored three goals within seven minutes in the first half against their visitors.
Lewandowski opened scoring in the 31st minute after converting defender Jordi Alba’s cross successfully.
In the 35th minute, the 34-year old doubled the lead for Xavi’s side with an assist from Gavi, who won the Ballon d’Or 2022 Kopa Trophy.
